Our chip-enabled debit card is the fast, safe and convenient way to make purchases anywhere Visa debit is accepted as well as access to your cash when you need it, anywhere in the Country. The amount of your purchase is deducted from your checking account. A Washita State Bank debit card gives you the latest in security by generating a unique code every time you use it at chip-enabled terminals, keeping your account number protected from counterfeiting. When using your debit card, here are some tips for safety, security, and efficiency:
- Never reveal your PIN.
- Memorize your PIN; never write it down.
- To change your PIN, please call Washita State Bank customer service at 1-580-562-4871.
- When in doubt, if a merchant has a chip-enabled terminal, swipe your card first.
- When using your card in an ATM, read the screen and follow directions. Some ATMs require you to leave your card
- inserted throughout the entire transaction, while others do not.
- Setting up our free online banking and mobile banking app allows you to manage your debit cards, get alerts on purchases, activate or deactivate or report lost/stolen cards. All within our mobile app or online banking portal.
